TRANSPARENCY

Providing the key to rapid and sustainable growth

Our approach is a combination of effective program management, systems engineering, and operational experience in applying solutions to warfighter requirements.  Our staff includes PhD level expertise in solutions for the electronic spectrum, credentialled project managers, and Ivy League educated business administrators.  Historically, our greatest strengths are bolstered by working with objective metrics.  Solutions need measures of merit to determine success and our systems approach to problem solving ensures those metrics are established early and intrinsically tied to an organization’s mission.

OUR TEAM|

Eric Miller, PMP

Eric holds a Master of Engineering Management degree from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering degree from United States Military Academy. He is a graduate of both the Joint Forces Staff College and the Army’s Command and General Staff College. He is also a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

For over 30 years, he planned, established, and deployed integrated sensor systems to build actionable intelligence packages overseas and domestically. This included planning and assessing physical, electronic, and cyber security processes to identify gaps and formulate paths to improved, secure processes. A thorough understanding of contemporary threats (both physical and virtual) allows meaningful assessment of susceptibilities in facilities and organizations. By combining expert elicitation skills with experience in network and signals mapping, he builds exercises and tests organizations in 360-degree view to call out weakness and collaboratively design remediation to make them both more secure and more efficient.
