Providing the key to rapid and sustainable growth
Our approach is a combination of effective program management, systems engineering, and operational experience in applying solutions to warfighter requirements. Our staff includes PhD level expertise in solutions for the electronic spectrum, credentialled project managers, and Ivy League educated business administrators. Historically, our greatest strengths are bolstered by working with objective metrics. Solutions need measures of merit to determine success and our systems approach to problem solving ensures those metrics are established early and intrinsically tied to an organization’s mission.
OUR TEAM|
Eric Miller, PMP
Eric holds a Master of Engineering Management degree from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering degree from United States Military Academy. He is a graduate of both the Joint Forces Staff College and the Army’s Command and General Staff College. He is also a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
For over 30 years, he planned, established, and deployed integrated sensor systems to build actionable intelligence packages overseas and domestically. This included planning and assessing physical, electronic, and cyber security processes to identify gaps and formulate paths to improved, secure processes. A thorough understanding of contemporary threats (both physical and virtual) allows meaningful assessment of susceptibilities in facilities and organizations. By combining expert elicitation skills with experience in network and signals mapping, he builds exercises and tests organizations in 360-degree view to call out weakness and collaboratively design remediation to make them both more secure and more efficient. TEAM HIGHLIGHTS
CR Access begins all R&D efforts with a focus on clear, metrics-based requirements development and a pathway to production. Our primary expertise resides in (a) Sensor Systems to include Electronic Warfare and Counter Unmanned System operations, (b) Extended Reality (XR) for rapid digestion of complex problems in both combat operations and industrial applications, and (c) Collection and Analysis of Publicly Available Electronic Information.
Our highly successful track record includes modeling of the electronic order of battle, mission essential task list – focused development of digital twins for explosive ordinance disposal training and rehearsal, augmented reality systems for weapons specialists, project management of passive electronic sensor systems, and the full-scale mapping of machine gun manufacturing. We apply our five-step requirements analysis approach to provide a means of mapping efficient project management and solution design that is measured against organizational long-term readiness and effectiveness.
We provide full spectrum support for growing your business market share or making the jump into new areas from business capture to successful submission of quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Quote (RFQ).
We work with our customers to track the competitive landscape, properly define products, and support as well as map their development.
We generate market analyses for target segments, identify opportunities, and execute marketing campaigns to place products in the marketplace.
Our 30+ years technical and managerial experience provides for targeted and succinct foundational work that ensures development of accurate responses to customer requirements.
Business and the government continue to evolve in efforts to stay abreast with changes across the geo-political landscape and advancements in technology. The proliferation of information and advanced skills such as generative AI and autonomous systems challenge our national security at home and abroad while also creating seismic level shifts in business practice.
Our team of operationally seasoned and academically certified professionals provide an effective means of distilling complex problems into tangible and reachable solutions that spell out existing capability gaps and apply metrics-based requirements for effective solution development. Through corporately aligned requirements development culminating in focused after action reviews, we delivery enduring solutions as opposed to fulfilling shopping lists.
In today’s competitive landscape, businesses often assume their operational processes are compliant with industry standards, only to encounter critical gaps during crucial stages. These discrepancies can hinder progress and compromise efficiency.
At CR Access, we specialize in rectifying these gaps through meticulous process mapping and optimization. Our expertise lies in not only identifying areas for improvement but also in crafting tailored solutions to align with industry standards, ensuring seamless compliance. Our in-depth knowledge of government regulations and contracting enables us to streamline your compliance processes and improve efficiency, ensuring you meet or exceed industry standards for performance and accountability.
Organizational training and exercises are effectively driven and framed by readiness metrics and leadership intent. Our history is deeply grounded in the requirements development essential to aligning the most effective and essential resources with specific training needs. We begin with clear alignment of leadership objectives and intent so that training objectives are fully aligned with organizational priorities.
With clear expectations established, we dive deeply into the factors that drive the mission and affect the environment. This may include mission letters, regulations, available resources, and existing state of organizational training readiness. These variables allow us to craft measures of effectiveness that establish standards of excellence and facilitate clear training and exercise scenarios that ensure conditions are realistic and relevant. Every training and exercise event concludes with a rigorous After-Action Review (AAR) measured against approved measures of merit, allowing leadership to objectively assess training and exercise effectiveness.
